Because the yeast infection cream to use before bed say?

I just bought the treatment of yeast infection of the pharmacy. He says to use it before going to bed. Why? Will it cause any problem if you use now?

    You can use the ointment any time, but the pill “cream” should be used only before going to sleep is actually working properly. If you put on now and continue with normal evening routine will probably only going to fall and having to start all over again.
