I just bought flavored yogurt and then realized that it is not so good for a yeast infection because the sugar. I would not use to put on my vagina, because I realize how bad it could be (the power of yeast and all) but will make the infection worse if I just eat? Will it help cure the infection? And then, what other general advice would you give a yeast infection? All the favorite things to counter drugs, etc.
