A yeast infection is an infection caused by Candida yeast that infects most women. It causes vaginal infections and some infections of the mouth in people who have depressed immune system and / or were taking antibiotics.Candida albicans, together with other forms of yeast, usually grow in the vagina, mouth and rectum. A yeast infection occurs when the immune system of a person is unbalanced. If you want to know if you have a yeast infection, you should consult a doctor. A sample plate for oral or vaginal and examined under a microscope. Then you can tell whether you have any symptoms of Candida infection. However, there are five symptoms of yeast infection that you can easily see if you get an infection. These symptoms are five burning sensation during urination, discharge from penis (men), itching around the vagina or penis, irritation and redness around her vagina. The research found that three out of four women who have yeast infection. In the United States, nearly 50% of college women were diagnosed with yeast infection at the age of 25 and almost 5% of those diagnosed go on to develop chronic yeast infections.During pregnancy, women have higher estrogen levels that causes increased production of glycogen in the vagina making it easier for yeast to grow there. If a pregnant woman is observed to have signs of candidiasis, can transmit the infection to her newborn baby in the form of thrush. This can be seen as white spots in the child at birth mounting. So if you are pregnant and have yeast infection sighs, you should see your doctor for appropriate therapy. If you are taking antibiotics, there are more opportunities for you to develop a yeast infection. This is because antibiotics can kill the bacteria, allowing yeast to grow rapidly, causing the yeast infection. It ‘important to maintain the balance of yeast and good bacteria in your body so that it can prevent the growth of infections.Stress can cause a yeast infection. When stressed, our immune system weakens, which invites the growth of yeasts. Stay dry and clean is an important factor in the fight against the cultivation of yeast in our body. The high consumption of carbohydrates such as alcohol and refined sugars will create the perfect environment for yeast to grow.

Candida is a common problem that can sap your energy and wreck havoc with your mood. Candida albicans is a yeast that lives normally in the body in the folds and cracks in the hot interior digestive tract and vaginal tract of women. Under conditions of stress, through the overuse of antibiotics, the damage in the intestinal tract or in response to depression of the immune system, C. albicans can invade. Yeast cells, particles of yeast cells, and toxic byproducts of metabolism of different yeast can enter the general circulation and significantly disrupt body processes.
The result is chronic candidiasis, leading to a wide range of symptoms that affect almost all body systems – particularly gastrointestial, genito-urinary, endocrine (hormonal), nervous and immune systems. Women are much more likely that the experience of the white men from the effects of chronic estrogen pills, and a greater number of prescriptions of antibiotics.
Because virtually all systems of the body can be affected, chronic candidiasis can trigger a multitude of symptoms. Patients reported feeling "sick of everything." Fatigue, allergies, immune system malfunction, depression, chemical sensitivities and digestive disturbances are just some of the symptoms of candida.
People with chronic candidiasis are usually caught in a vicious circle. Regarding the immune system, a triggering event, such as antibiotics or lack of nutrients can lead to immune suppression that allows Candida albicans and become ever more firmly rooted in the lining of the gastrointestinal tract.
Once the agency adheres to intestinal cells, which competes for food with intestinal cells, and ultimately, the whole body? – Steal the body of vital nutrients. Furthermore, Candida albicans secretes a large number of mycotoxins and antigens. Candida albicans is cited as an organization "polyantigenic" because more than 79 different antigens have been identified. Because of the enormous amount of antigen, an overgrowth of Candida albicans easily exceeds the immune system.
How do you know if you have candida?
Most of these symptoms, the most important is to have a test to see if you have thrush and treat you with the plan for integrated treatment.
Chronic fatigue or lethargy
Feeling of being drained
Energy loss
Malaise
Headache
Decreased libido
Numbness, burning or tingling
Muscle pain, weakness or paralysis
Dizziness, loss of balance
Pain and swelling in joints
Desire for foods high in carbohydrates or yeast, such as foods high in sugar, bread and alcoholic beverages
Depression
Frequent mood swings
Inability to concentrate
Feeling spacey or unreal
Points in the eyes
Forgetfulness
Erratic vision
Nasal congestion or discharge
Runny
Prude
Sore throat or dry
Cough
Pain or pressure in chest
Wheezing or shortness of breath
If symptoms suggest Candida, with a follow-up by a medical specialist. There are reliable tests to detect the presence of Candida.
There are many, many popular recommendations for the treatment of candida. During the revisions of the fastest fighting abound. By following these recommendations could leave people with bad choices for nutrition, mood and energy balance, confused, and probably also with candida.
Actually is not it? N. any magic bullet that can immediately eliminate chronic candidiasis and restore the healthy functioning of the body. Instead, a comprehensive approach involving lifestyle, stress management, exercise, diet, nutritional supplementation, glandular therapy, foundation staff and the use of herbal medicines can be used.
