This morning I woke up a bit ’sore throat on one side. After several hours of pain I looked in the mirror and I saw some small red bumps on the back of the mouth that seem pimples. One has a white head. In addition, the back of my tongue is whitish / yellow. I can not say if its more than normal. Also, it feels like the lymph nodes in the neck (only on the pain) is a bit ‘bloated. I have no other symptoms. I just finished a course of antibiotics. This could be thrush?
