Okay. . . so I have been under attack by the yeastie bastards. I treated the infection with Monistat Day or Night first; it didn’t work. Then, after that put a dent in my bank ($20), but did not supply results, I used the Equate 3 day treatment. This didn’t work either. I started looking online for natural remedies and found garlic was a enemy to yeast. I tried it and low and behold the infection seemed to clear up almost immediately. The next day I resumed sexual activity with my husband as usual, but afterwards I started feeling the itchy feeling and by the morning it had returned. I once again treated it with garlic and waited two more days before resuming intercourse, but when I did the infection again returned. How long does it take for garlic to get rid of this for good? I can’t keep relapsing back into agony. I have had this for over a week now, but I can’t go to the doctor on the account that I have no insurance and it costs a lot of money. Please help!

I was diagnosed with a yeast infection, and started treatment Wednesday night. I started using the Monistat, and continue to use it, but have also taken the oral medication too. How long does it normally take for the yeast infection to go away? Thanks for your help!

My daughter is 6 months old. On Friday she went to the Dr’s due to a rash that wouldn’t go away and kept getting worse. He said she had a yeast infection. So he prescribed clotrimazole for it. I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it should take to get rid of the yeast infection?

I have been prescribed for premenstrual syndrome, yeast infections Fluconazole (a pill taken once) and I took Tuesday. The package said that the symptoms should disappear within a couple of days, and are, but does not say how long it takes to completely eliminate the infection. I know I should have sex while you have a yeast infection that does not go back and forth and I wonder if I make it clear once gender or how long should I wait. Any advice would be great.
